Holiday Return Policy:
We have extended our return policy for the holidays! Gifts purchased between December 1 + December 25th will be eligible for store credit or exchange until January 15th. Need a gift receipt? If you’re purchasing in-store, let a Stylist know, otherwise leave a note in your online order + we’ll be sure to include a gift receipt when we ship it out to you!
Return Policy:
We will gladly accept unworn items, with tags attached, for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept any returns after 14 days. All sale styles are final sale. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Shipping costs for all returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. If you live locally, you're welcome to return your items in store during business hours. Don’t live locally and see something on our social media pages that you’d like to order? Send us a message or comment directly on the photo with your size + email address and we’ll send you an invoice.

Condition of Returned Merchandise:All merchandise must be returned in its original condition: tags attached, unworn, unwashed, fragrance/odor/deodorant free, receipt included, shoe box included + in the same condition as when purchased. If items show any signs of wear or fall outside of the conditions set above, store credit will not be issued and items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.Damaged Items:All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If you find that an item is damaged or defective, please send a photo as well as a description of the issue to onenineboutiqueshop@gmail.comwithin 7 days of receiving your items. We will contact you within 2-3 business days to resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
We do not offer online exchanges due to the small quantities of each collection. If you wish to order a different size, please email us right away (hudson@www.onenineboutiqueshop.com) to inquire about the availability of your desired size and follow our Return Policy to get your return/exchange started. We do, however, accept in-store exchanges at our brick and mortar location in Hudson, WI.
